Customs and import duties
In general, there are only a few countries that require customs clearance. If your order unfortunately requires customs clearance and you need to pay again, please contact us directly first. We will help you pay a certain amount of tax, don't worry.

1. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be modified after placing an order. However, we will do our best to help you amend the shipping address before we ship your order. So please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you solve the problem.

2. How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be displayed. You can track your order on our company website using the tracking number provided.

Please note: It may take 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update, sometimes the tracking number may change. If you can't get the tracking information for your order after 3 days, please feel free to contact us for more information.

3. I am not satisfied with the product. what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you'd better return it to us in new condition within 15 days from the delivered date, otherwise we will refuse to accept your order.

Note: Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska cannot be shipped via Express Shipping.

*Delivery time is an estimate, calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of the order, and may be longer than estimated due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other reasons.
