There are many reasons that people may wear contact lenses. Wash your hands before handling your lenses.
Remove lenses from the eye, rinse the lens case with fresh contact lens storage solution and place the solution in the case.
Leave your lenses in the lens case for at least 15 minutes.
Hold the lens by the edges, not the center. This will keep oil from being deposited on the lens.
Place lens on your finger and carefully insert it into your eye.
Gently and smoothly push the lens down to the bottom of your eye.
Gently close your eyelid over the lens.
